The Garden Pet Saloon
We launched a new Uber service with wagging tails, wet noses, and a whole lot of heart. In just a few days, we turned a product launch into a celebration of care, play, and happy paws.


Context
When Uber Pet arrived in Romania, the brand wanted to celebrate the launch in a way that would feel real to pet owners. Not a corporate PR event, but an open invitation for people to discover a service that genuinely makes their lives easier.
The challenge? Time. We had just a few days to develop the creative concept and one week to deliver the entire production. In such a tight window, precision, flexibility, and creative clarity became everything.
Connection Point
Pet owners often love pampering their pets even more than themselves. That emotional bond was our starting point. We wanted to show that Uber shares that same care and attention. In a world filled with digital campaigns, we chose a real-world experience that proved Uber’s dedication to pets’ comfort, not just their owners’.


Solution
We created The Uber Pet Saloon, a pop-up grooming space designed for pets to feel as special as their owners. Set on the relaxed Teoria Bar terrace, the space blended Uber’s clean urban style with a playful atmosphere, designed to create a warm, community feel.
For two days, pet owners could bring their companions for free care treatments, including nail trimming and brushing, ear cleaning, a spritz of pet-safe perfume and topped-up with a bowtie or paw pad treatment as a finishing touch.
Despite the short turnaround, everything was executed flawlessly: smooth coordination, high attendance, and plenty of happy pets and owners. The Saloon embodied the very spirit of what UBer is about: comfort, care, and connection.
