The Romanian partners of EFMP, g7, passes a major milestone on the path to digital transformation, with TheSquad reaching over 1,500 associate user accounts.
Designed from the ground up with associate engagement in mind, TheSquad is the gateway through which collaborators all over the country can access any project run by the agency for its clients. Potential associates are free to self-register on the platform and to apply for short- or long-term positions, with all subsequent steps related to legal procedures, paperwork, brand training and project induction happening online.
With the official launch in August 2019, TheSquad has seen a steady increase in user numbers and now counts on more than 1,500 associates who can be easily mobilized for hyperlocal projects or nationwide campaigns.
The flow of a project through TheSquad makes use of multiple automations, from job publication and user notification to project induction and in-field support for associates. This contributes, not only to substantial time saved within the back-office team, but also makes it possible to have project turnaround times as fast as 24 hours.
